A raised frame increases the working space below the knitting zone and around fabric handling. That can improve access for cleaning, roll removal and selected maintenance, but it also changes the operator's reach and the installation envelope. Buyers should confirm total height, platform or step requirements, take-down arrangement and safe access instead of treating high-foot as a performance rating.
The word pneumatic is not a complete scope. Air may support cleaning, fabric handling, controls or another specified action depending on the build. List each air-operated component, its pressure and flow requirement, filtration and drainage, alarm behavior and the machine state after air loss. This prevents a factory from sizing utilities around a vague title.
Request one uncut sequence from nameplate to control panel, knitting zone, air preparation, take-down and resulting fabric. Ask the operator to demonstrate startup, a normal stop and the relevant pneumatic action. The file should be dated and tied to the quotation, while the technical sheet and acceptance sample remain the controlling evidence.
